QuickScan ("the app") is published by PiTech ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: QuickScan does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data.
The app does not collect personal information, does not require an account, contains no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking. We operate no servers that receive your data.
Camera — used only for live, on-device scanning. Images are never saved, uploaded or shared.
Any settings or history the app creates are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
QuickScan does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
QuickScan is based on the open-source project Binary Eye by Markus Fisch, distributed under the MIT license.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will appear on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
